Dogs, Doctorates, Divine Meetings
We ended the summer by saying goodbye to a dear companion and doggo Rory. A favorite pastime was dog walks where we listened to lectures and prayed for strength to complete my Doctor of Strategic Leadership (it's done!) As corny as it may sound, Doggo Rory taught me the gift of presence. He was there for me. While I know I cannot be ever-present in your life, I do want to thank you for our relationship. I also hope you know if you ever need someone, I am here.
With so many adjustments in our life, my husband Aaron and I are praying for divine (or ordained) moments. We want to be sensitive and obedient to nudges. You never know when doing something ordinary can turn into something extraordinary. So each day, I am working on being present and asking "where should I focus?" I am praying for opportunities to connect, make a difference, and continue to learn. Who knows what will happen?!
Here's to new beginnings and divine moments!
With Love,
Liz
